Java Full Stack Engineer with ReactJS/Native (Remote) We are seeking an experienced Senior Java Full Stack Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in Java, Spring Boot, Angular JS, MySQL, Java Script .
Location: Charlotte - NC, US (Remote)
Cognizant will only consider applicants for this position who are legally authorized to work in the United States Role and Responsibilities: - Develop and maintain high-quality software solutions using SQL, Spring Boot, React JS, React native, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
- Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
- Continuously discover, evaluate, and implement new technologies to maximize development efficiency.
- Participate in code reviews to maintain code quality and share knowledge with the team.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to junior developers.
- Work closely with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
- Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle.
- Write well-designed, testable, and efficient code.
- Ensure software is updated with the latest features and security patches.
- Develop and execute unit tests to ensure code quality.
- Maintain comprehensive documentation for all development processes.
Qualifications:
- Possess strong technical skills in SQL, Spring Boot, React JS, React Native, Java, JavaScript, and MySQL.
- Have experience in Asset and Wealth Management, which is a plus.
- Demonstrate excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Exhibit strong communication and collaboration abilities.
- Show proficiency in writing clean, scalable, and maintainable code.
- Have a solid understanding of software development principles and practices.
- Display a proactive attitude towards learning and adopting new technologies.
Salary and Other Compensation: Applications will be accepted until
5/10/2025. The annual salary for this position is between
$52K - $92K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
