Java Full Stack Developer

Who are we looking for?
A 6+ years of working experience as Senior Java Developer.
Technical Skills:

• Must Have Skills

• 6+ years of experience in Java

• Python (at least basic knowledge)

• Proficiency in modern Java frameworks.

• Experience using Terraform, Azure, Docker

• Knowledge of web development frameworks like REST/API, Spring, Hibernate

• Nice to have

• Experience in JS React

• Full-stack experience.

• Responsibilities

• Write clean code

• Cover own code with tests

• Participate in backlog refinement, planning and demos

• Perform code reviews

• Clarify the requirements with stakeholders

• Participate in solution architecture design and implementation
Domain Skills:

• Setting and managing expectations throughout the full project lifecycle
Process Skills:

• Capable of analyzing requirements as per project defined software process.

• Develop and peer review of LLD (Initiate/ participate in peer reviews)

• Ability to execute test plans, create test cases test data and contribute for the problem solving.
Behavioral Skills:

• Resolve technical issues of projects and Explore alternate designs

• Participates as a team member and fosters teamwork by inter-group coordination within the modules of the project.

• Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction

• Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity
