This individual will craft solutions that directly impact our customers, develop monitoring solutions, and work alongside development on various software projects. The ideal candidate will possess a blend of troubleshooting and debugging skills, along with a passion for software development. Key Responsibilities: Develop monitoring solutions for performance metrics. Troubleshoot and debug issues within internally developed code. Perform SQL queries for data analysis and issue resolution. Update, track, and resolve technical challenges in coordination with development teams. Enhance automation of support processes and documentation. Must-Have Skills: Proficiency in Java and React. Hands-on experience in system design, including high-level and low-level architecture. Strong experience with data structures & algorithms and System Design.
