Java Developer with Security Clearance

Bryn Neil is looking for multiple candidates to join our world-class engineering team. The candidate should have a fundamental understanding of software principles, theories, and concepts related to software engineering (including software development lifecycle and software development process) and Object Oriented analysis, design, and programming, with most recent role(s) being as a software engineer. We are looking to support a strategic customer with software engineering support. You will have the opportunity to directly impact the world around you and contribute to classified programs and technologies you are passionate about. In this role, you will use your solid foundation in Java and experience working in a Linux environment to comprehend customer needs and translate those needs into viable design solutions. Required Skills:
5+ years of experience Java Understanding of OO design and patterns
Strong problem solving ability
Self motivated Desired Skills:
Experience using scripting languages such as Ruby or Python
Experience with Spring
Experience using continuous integration tools such as Hudson/Jenkins or Cruise Control
Experience using task management tools such as JIRA Agile
Experience coding applications interfacing with Postgres and MongoDB databases Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Mathematics This is a general job description, the roles and responsibilities may vary depending on the team. Salary: Our team represents a breadth of experience which correlates to a salary range of $140,000 to $290,000 a year.
