Job Description:

Ability to handle day-to-day user queries, support activities for applications and overnight batches.
Identify, define, and implement required monitoring and automation solutions.
Ability to deal with time sensitive issues in support of critical service level commitments.
Maintenance of Issues logs, knowledge base articles and documentation.
Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicate to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
Leads root cause analysis and problem management for problems to address underlying technical issues.
Work closely with developers on continuous integration / continuous delivery solutions.
Production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production.
Experience in application deployment / release activities.
