Job Description: - Ability to handle day-to-day user queries, support activities for applications and overnight batches.
- Identify, define, and implement required monitoring and automation solutions.
- Ability to deal with time sensitive issues in support of critical service level commitments.
- Maintenance of Issues logs, knowledge base articles and documentation.
- Lead troubleshooting during production outages and communicate to management throughout the incident lifecycle.
- Performs complex troubleshooting as a subject matter expert in one or more applications.
- Leads root cause analysis and problem management for problems to address underlying technical issues.
- Work closely with developers on continuous integration / continuous delivery solutions.
- Production readiness reviews for new releases and validate the supportability of changes prior to introduction into production.
- Experience in application deployment / release activities.
