MIDDLEWARE , solace or Kafka at least one Mw tech
Writing high performance low latency code
Design patterns
Java memory management analysis -Jprofiler visual BM , Java memory layout , changes introduced off late
Very high standard of coding - SOLID design principles
Bachelor- min , Cs preferable
Jenkins or Team city or bit bucket
Expert level- test driven developer , JUnit , cucumber and Mokhito
Who has worked in Low latency environments. Data structures involved .

Good to Have
Exp of fixed protocol
Proficiency in spring and Ms based arch
Monolithic to micro services and containerisation ( docker , kubernetes )
Working knowledge of KDB
Proficiency in UnIx and Scripting
Analyse design and develop large scale application in financial industry
Some exp in JSOn or Abro for
Data serialisation and data streamlining
Familiarity with SDLC development
