Akkodis is seeking a Developer for a Contract job with a client in Sunnyvale, CA(Hybrid) . The ideal candidate is a strong GQL developer with expertise in Java API development. They will be responsible for designing efficient GraphQL queries and ensuring seamless integration with Java-based APIs.

Rate Range: $37.87/hour to $49.24/hour; The rate may be negotiable based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors.

Java Developer job responsibilities include:
  • Designing and developing scalable GraphQL queries to meet business requirements.
  • Integrating GraphQL with Java-based APIs to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical challenges.
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.
  • Continuously improving application performance and optimizing query execution.
Desired Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in GQL and Java API development.
  • Strong understanding of GraphQL schema design and query optimization.
  • Experience with RESTful and GraphQL APIs, including integration and testing.
  • Proficiency in Java programming and Java frameworks (Spring, Hibernate).
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Details: $37.87 to $49.24 per hour
