Required Skills & Experience - Java Development Skills:
- Core Java:
- Proficiency in Java (JDK 17 or later)
- Understanding of Java programming concepts like OOP (Object-Oriented Programming), inheritance, polymorphism, encapsulation, and abstraction
- Familiarity with data structures and algorithms
- Java Collections Framework (List, Set, Map, Queue, etc.)
- Java Frameworks & Tools:
- Spring Boot 3
- Spring Cloud (Eureka, Micrometer)
- Web Technologies:
- RESTful
- Unit Testing, Integration Testing & Build Tools:
- JUnit, TestNG for unit testing
- Mockito, WireMock for mocking
- Maven, Gradle for dependency management and builds
- CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Harness, OpenShift
- Version Control:
- Git
- RDBMs/Oracle Database Skills:
- Database Fundamentals:
- Proficiency in SQL, including joins, subqueries, and aggregation functions
- Experience with PL/SQL (stored procedures, functions, triggers, and packages)
- Database normalization and optimization techniques
- Data types, indexes, constraints, and transaction management in Oracle
- Performance tuning and query optimization (EXPLAIN plans, indexing, etc.)

What You Will Be Doing - Partner with multiple management teams to ensure appropriate integration of functions to meet goals as well as identify and define necessary system enhancements to deploy new products and process improvements.
- Resolve variety of high impact problems/projects through in-depth evaluation of complex business processes, system processes, and industry standards
- Provide expertise in area and advanced knowledge of applications programming and ensure application design adheres to the overall architecture blueprint.
- Utilize advanced knowledge of system flow and develop standards for coding, testing, debugging, and implementation.
- Develop comprehensive knowledge of how areas of business, such as architecture and infrastructure, integrate to accomplish business goals.
- Provide in-depth analysis with interpretive thinking to define issues and develop innovative solutions.
- Serve as advisor or coach to mid-level developers and analysts, allocating work as necessary.
