Insight Global is looking for 4 Java Developers to join a growing team within the Identity org for a large scale Fin tech client. The team is working to improve development features around authorizations, authentication, logins and security. We need candidates that strive to provide strong Java/j2ee coding, that have exposure to standards on authentication and authorization, SAML, and SSO.

Skills and Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in backend development using Java.
- Strong knowledge of Java frameworks and libraries such as Spring Boot, Hibernate, and JPA.
- Experience with building RESTful APIs and working with microservices architecture.
- Familiarity with database technologies, both relational (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB, Cassandra).
- Understanding of multithreading, concurrency, and performance optimization in Java.
- Strong knowledge with Multi-factor development
- Strong ability to handle fast pace
- Strong data structure knowledge (SQL server) - strong experience with Authentication and authorization protocols
