Job role: Java + AI Engineer

Location: Austin, TX

Duration : full time

Responsibilities :

Design, develop, and maintain high-quality code using Java and Spring Boot.
Integrate AI/ML models and algorithms into applications, utilizing Python where necessary.
Work with NoSQL databases to ensure efficient data storage and retrieval.
Develop and consume RESTful APIs.
Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, from requirements gathering to deployment and maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers, designers, and other engineers.
Ensure code quality through unit testing, integration testing, and code reviews.
Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues.
Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.

Qualifications :

Strong understanding of advanced Java concepts and design patterns.
Proficiency in Spring Boot framework.
Experience with Python for AI/ML tasks.
Familiarity with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB or Cassandra.
Experience with RESTful API development.
Solid understanding of software development methodologies, such as Agile.
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) is a plus.
Knowledge of containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
