Candidate: MUST BE Japanese/English bilingual

Job Description

Main Responsibilities:

• Order registration (mass-produced items), including confirmation of change requests
• Order registration (prototypes)
• Update of mass-produced item pricing list
• Registration of mass-produced item prices
• Creation of prototype quotations
• Delivery and quantity adjustments for mass-produced/prototype items
• Payment confirmation
• Update and distribution of event schedule
• Update of product list
• Preparation and reporting of the following reports:
  • Inventory information investigation
  • Sales forecast
  • Inventory report
  • PM forecast
  • PGM report
  • Lease report
  • Sales briefing materials
• Aggregation and analysis of production plans
• Creation of shipping plan (sales plan)
• Distribution of U.S. market conditions

Non-Regular Responsibilities:

• Responding to supplier surveys
• Creation of sales budget
• Consideration of pricing for new models
• Preparation of quotations for new launch products
• EOP (End of Production) response
• Management of customer lists
• Preparation of certificates of origin documentation
• Internal audit response
• ISO maintenance audit response
• Meeting coordination

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree
• Experience in sales or customer service
• Experience in order processing
• Familiarity with SAP is a plus
• Experience in the automotive industry is preferred
