PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Securing and Dispatching Technicians (for repair and installation cases) understanding how to handle Salesforce cases.
- Use of Cost Mapping tool on WH Internal Portal to identify technicians.
- Knowledge of consumable products for all monitors
- Strong oral and written communication skills while adhering to department standards and templates.
- Monitoring and following up on open cases in NetSuite and the Customer Care Dashboard on the Device Portal
Over-the-Phone and Email Technical Support (with technicians and customers), Knowledge of appropriate troubleshooting steps for all issues
- Deeper understanding of ProComm commands and hex values
- Elevated use of AT&T softphone app (transferring, conference calls, texting, etc.)
- Ability to quickly find and interpret information in NetSuite and Salesforce
- Strong oral and communication skills and professional phone demeanor
New Device Installations monitoring iWaste department queue and Salesforce Technician Selection queue
- Following up for necessary information in response to new device requests
- Understanding of Salesforce Opportunities and Installation forms
- Verification of installation using ProComm and knowledge of monitoring systems
- Optimization of installed monitors to ensure proper function.
- Releasing monitors: Setting up notifications, assigning/creating sites, Salesforce and NetSuite case handling
ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- All Tier 1 responsibilities, as needed.
- Data collection and entry
Qualifications:
- Strong customer service skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office/Office 365 required.
- Must be computer proficient.
- Excellent communication skills - written and verbal.
- Ability to prioritize projects.
- Good time management and strong problem-solving skills
- Good research skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with database systems and web-based systems a plus
Compensation details: 27.5-27.5 Hourly Wage
