Updated Job Title: IVR AWS Lex Developer
This position requires developers experienced with the AWS Lex toolset, with a background similar to that required for Genesys bot development (2290)
The main skill set needed is expertise in Lex bot development with a reliance on AWS Lambdas and programming in Python or Node.js.
Experience in speech recognition, using AWS Polly, and API-based transactions is crucial. While knowledge of Genesys is beneficial, the core development skill required is AWS Lex.
Required:

• AWS Lex for IVR voice bot development is a key skill.
• Advanced understanding of IVR technology and related telecommunications devices, networks, software, and systems.
• Experience with management and development of speech recognition systems and grammars.
• Experience in implementing third party integration like AWS Lambda (NodeJS and/or Python), Lex, Amelia, Polly, and CRM (Salesforce) etc. Google CCAI.
• Proficiency in calling APIs, Microservices and other cross system communication protocols and experience with integration of telephony systems to other computer systems (e.g. SOAP, VXML SQL, XML, REST).
• Software development in an object orientated programming language; ability to design, develop and support advanced IVR applications.
