The Business Operations/ITSM Manager will be responsible for leading our asset management, project management, and governance team members translating to drive successful IT initiatives. The selected candidate will bring a blend of leadership, strategic oversight and hands-on project management experience in driving organizational change and implanting process improvements. Responsibilities: The ideal candidate will exhibit strong leadership skills, will be forward thinking, will be self-motivated, and will be able to work effectively in a diverse, highly talented team, continuously striving for excellence Provide guidance, supervision and leadership to a team of Project Managers, Change Management, Configuration Management and ITSM professionals Management experience tracking program / project execution with responsibility for performance, cost, and schedule Lead the design, implementation, and management of ITSM processes, including incident management, problem management, change management, and service request fulfillment This role will play a critical part in ensuring project delivery aligns with business goals, fostering collaboration between IT and business stakeholders, and improving project governance within the organization Lead the IT PMO, establishing and enforcing project management best practices, frameworks, and governance processes Collaborate with business and IT leadership to define project priorities, align resources, and establish clear objectives Mentor, develop, and manage a team of project managers, providing guidance and oversight to drive high-performance project execution Establish and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure project success and continuously improve project execution methodologies Manage stakeholder communication, ensuring transparency and alignment across departments Support and lead large-scale portfolio reviews with senior management, ensuring alignment with business strategy and priorities Review status reports prepared by project managers, and monitor and help PMs modify schedules or plans as required Lead and manage a team of change management professionals to ensure successful execution of change initiatives Communicate change management plans and progress to senior leadership and other key stakeholders Understanding of the configuration change control process, the role of the CCB, and change control documentation Experience developing briefings for management Oversee the continuous improvement of ITSM processes to ensure they meet evolving program and organizational needs Define, monitor, and report on SLAs and KPIs for IT services, ensuring transparency and accountability for service delivery Develop and maintain configuration management practices to ensure accurate tracking of IT assets and dependencies across the AvMC environment Define, monitor, and report on SLAs and KPIs for IT services, ensuring transparency and accountability for service delivery Requirements: Bachelor's degree in a related field Ten (10) years of prior experience in a similar role ITIL Certified Strong communication and organizational skills DoD 8570 Level II/III certification desired US Security Clearance required IPTA, LLC is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
