ABC Required Education, Experience, & Skills We are seeking a highly experienced IT Program Manager to join our technology-based program supporting a key government customer. This program will deliver voice engineering services for voice infrastructure, as well as, first article and life cycle engineering and standard development for multiple voice systems and the call center automation systems. Data Voice Video services include voice system architecture, Tier 4 O&M support for all voice systems, Assessment & Authorization (A&A), major system upgrades, dial plan management and routing controls, operating configuration standards, call center development and implementation and management of circuits . Voice engineering services are comprised of core infrastructure, voice engineering, field engineering and system management. This is a fast paced, challenging, and rewarding experience in which you are able to provide solutions on one of the most complex and high-profile programs within this community. Key Responsibilities Lead a team of Voice Engineers, providing guidance, coaching, and performance feedback
Develop and manage team schedules, workload, and resource allocation using ServiceNow
Manage projects using project management frameworks and methodologies, leveraging tools such as ServiceNow
Manage projects ranging from simple to complex voice engineering solutions using PMF while collaborating with mission partners
Oversee project planning, utilize gathered and analyzed technical information, and provide regular project updates
Configure and manage ServiceNow modules, including Project Management, IT Service Management, Analytics, and Reporting
Develop and maintain workflows, business rules, and scripts to automate processes and improve efficiency
Ensure data integrity and accuracy in ServiceNow
Provide technical reports and status updates to stakeholders, including customers, management, and team members, via ServiceNow and Microsoft PowerPoint Required Education, Experience, and Skills Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Computer Science, Engineering)
Minimum 11 years' of experience in voice engineering, project management, or a related field
Strong understanding of project management principles and methodologies, including Waterfall
expertise in ServiceNow and cloud-based technologies while completing projects on time and within budget.
Excellent communication, leadership, and collaboration skills
Proficient in ServiceNow, including modules, workflows, scripting, analytics, and reporting
Experience with voice engineering technologies, including IP telephony, contact centers, and unified communications
Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint, with ability to create clear and concise presentations Preferred Education, Experience, and Skills Experience managing large enterprise projects
Familiarity with service catalogs, IT Gateways, PET, AutoCAD
Strong track record of understanding and interest in current and emerging technologies
Technical knowledge of voice infrastructure
Expertise and knowledge in first article and life cycle engineering Desired Certifications Project Management Professional PMP)
ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) for ITSM, HRSD, or ITOM

Full-Time Salary Range: $146670 - $249330 Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
