Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for an ITAD PROCURE/SELL position. The ITAD Sales professional will be responsible for identifying and securing new opportunities to get low cost to free servers, managing client relationships, and providing exceptional customer service. As well as assisting in the sale of parts to the resale market. Daily tasks include conducting outbound sales activities, creating sales strategies, training and mentoring junior sales staff, and managing the sales pipeline to achieve targets.


Qualifications

  • Strong skills in Communication and Customer Service
  • Proven track record in Sales and Sales Management
  • Experience in Training and mentoring sales staff
  • Excellent negotiation and closing skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Knowledge of IT asset disposition (ITAD) industry is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
