Job Title: IT Imaging Windows Technician
Location: Lake Oswego, OR (100% Onsite)
Start Date: May 12th
Duration: 60-Day Contract (No potential for conversion)
Pay Rate: $27- $30/hr
Schedule: Monday-Friday, full-time onsite

Position Overview:
Ledgent Technology has partnered yet again with a local client in need of an experienced IT Imaging Windows Technician to support a short-term Windows 11 deployment and migration project. This individual will focus on imaging desktop systems, coordinating end-user hardware handoffs, and maintaining consistent communication-all within a clearly defined and process-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Image and prepare new desktop systems using Windows 11.
- Coordinate handoff and login with end users receiving new systems.
- Drop off new and collect old desktop systems using a rolling cart.
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings with the project team.
- Use provided email scripts for all end-user communications (compliance required).
- Escalate any imaging issues-do not perform break/fix; consult with the tech team when needed.
- Update CMDB with details of both new (active) and old (inactive) machines.
- Coordinate with shipping/receiving if replacement systems need to be sent to remote users.
- Communicate progress and updates via email or MS Teams.
- If users report missing applications post-deployment, document and forward to Helpdesk-no troubleshooting required.
What You Bring:
- Previous experience in a desktop imaging and deployment role (Windows 11 strongly preferred).
- Ability to follow instructions closely and maintain documentation accuracy.
- Clear and confident communication, especially with technically advanced users.
- Familiarity with asset tracking and updating system inventories (CMDB).
- Professionalism, patience, and adaptability in a fast-paced IT environment.
- Comfort working fully onsite and physically transporting equipment.
