Position Summary:

Provide support for all aspects of property technology needs. Responsible for first level support for server and desktop hardware and software, including the operating system and applications, security and disaster recovery for Graton Resort & Casino. Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and organizational skills are required. Responsibilities must be performed in accordance with all Company standards, policies and procedures.

Essential Functions:

1. Responsible for practicing, supporting and promoting Graton Resort & Casino's Company-wide culture and demonstrating Graton Resort & Casino's Service Standards at all times.
2. Accurately respond to questions and assist customers with product features, installation, set-up, and troubleshooting of software via phone or in person.
3. Strong technical skills to diagnose, analyze, and correct customer reported hardware issues to include basic PC, laptop, and network connectivity as necessary.
4. Escalate issues as needed, and ensure that the business is able to complete all job functions with a minimum of disruption and downtime.
5. Plan for and upgrade existing equipment as needed.
6. Monitor all systems under are of responsibility for potential problems and work proactively to find a solution.
7. Research new technologies that may be useful to the Company.
8. Train others outside the department regarding troubleshooting techniques for areas of responsibility.
9. Install and support Microsoft Office products.
10. Participate in IT infrastructure operations and management during a pandemic.
11. Other duties as assigned.

Required Qualifications:

1. Ability to communicate effectively with Guests, Team Members and Management in both written and verbal form.
2. Previous experience with administration and support of Microsoft Windows 7 and Windows 10 desktop operating systems and Microsoft Office Products.
3. Previous policies and procedures documentation skills preferred.
4. Excellent time management skills.
5. Ability to work as part of a team to provide support in a timely fashion.

Physical Requirements:

1. Requires normal, corrective vision range, the ability to see color and the ability to distinguish letters, numbers and symbols.
2. Must be able to sit or stand for duration of the shift.
3. Manual dexterity to operate job related equipment.
