This is a fully onsite position; must be local to Downtown ATL. Position Overview/Responsibilities for the IT Technician: - Provide technical support, resolving issues both over the phone and in person
- Manage and maintain the Freshworks ticketing system
- Image computers and replace monitors as needed
- Assist in onboarding and offboarding users
Required Skills for IT Technician: - Minimum of 2 years of relevant Help Desk/Desktop Support experience
- Proficiency in using PDQ Software or similar computer management programs
- Experience with ticketing systems, preferably Freshworks or ServiceNow
- Ability to resolve tickets both over the phone and in person
- Experience in higher education settings is a plus
