We are seeking an experienced IT Technical Team Lead to provide hands-on expertise and leadership to a team of systems analysts and administrators. This role focuses on supporting end-users, maintaining core applications, and ensuring the reliability of IT infrastructure. The ideal candidate will have strong IT support, systems administration, and leadership experience, with the ability to resolve complex issues and collaborate with vendors.

This is a hybrid role in Atlanta, GA.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead troubleshooting and resolution of technical issues (hardware, software, network).
  • Coordinate with external vendors for technical support and issue resolution.
  • Manage and support technologies like Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Microsoft Teams, VPN, RDP, and Windows OS.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to improve efficiency and reliability.
  • Maintain system and troubleshooting documentation.
Required Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.
  • Expertise in Office 365, Active Directory, Exchange Server, Windows OS, VPN, RDP, and Microsoft Teams.
  • 5+ years in a Microsoft enterprise environment (Windows Client/Server, Group Policy, Powershell, DNS, DHCP).
  • 3+ years of experience with Active Directory Domain Services (AD DS) upgrades and migrations.
  • 2+ years of Office/Microsoft 365 experience, including mailbox migration.
  • 1+ year with ADFS or Azure AD and knowledge of SAML 2.0 and cloud SSO.
  • AWS infrastructure and SharePoint experience a plus.
