• Schedule: Mon. Fri 9 am to 5 pm, 12pm - 8pm (shift)
• Salary : $25- 33/ per hourResponsibilities:
a) IT Technical Support / User Support
- Device Management using MS Intune (Windows 11, iPhone, iPad)
- VDI setup and troubleshooting (VMware Horizon)
- User account management over Active Directory
2) Cloud and services support
- MS 365 (Email)
- box (Cloud strorage)
3) Documentation for technical support
- User manuals (revise/update)Required experience/knowledge
5+ years of experience in PC technical support.
5+ years of experience in user support
Knowledge of Windows 10/11, MS Intune, and VMWare Horizon
Knowledge of Active Directory function: adding users, password reset, etc.
Basic knowledge of TCP/IP networking for troubleshooting: PING, TRACEROUTE,
Experience:
• Windows PC troubleshooting: 3 years (Required)
• Microsoft Intune: 2 years (Required)
• Microsoft 365: 3 years (Required)
• VDI: 2 years (Required)
• PowerShell: 3 years (Preferred)Ability to Commute:
• New York, NY 10020 (Required)
