We are looking for an IT support technician to join our existing team to support our national employee base. Ideal candidates should have experience in Windows and Mac OS, Office365, general networking, and computer/mobile phone hardware and software. Candidates should also be able to install and maintain software while remotely analyzing and resolving issues. Hands-on technical experience is mandatory as this position will support all employees nationwide.

What you will bring:
  • Experience in Windows operating systems
  • Computer and mobile phone setup and support including Android and Mac
  • Ability to work in Office365
  • Printer/copier exposure
  • Base knowledge of IP networking, wifi, and firewalls
  • Works well as part of a unit
  • Excellent customer service
  • No degree required, but experience is necessary
What you will do:
  • Heavy focus on remote end user support via internal ticketing systems
  • Provide hardware and software support for both in-person and remote clients
  • Microsoft office apps support including Outlook, Excel, etc.
  • Active Directory management
  • Properly assess tickets and escalate as needed
  • On/off board employees in IT systems using predefined procedures
  • Support and maintain base user applications
  • Provide technical support for Windows, Mac, and mobile devices
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot IT software and systems
  • Printer maintenance and troubleshooting
  • Build, deploy, and ship computers and phones to local and remote employees
  • Work within mobile device management software
This position is in person and is not remote due to equipment requirements.

Experience level: 2+ years

Schedule: 8am-5pm Mon-Fri Mountain time

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $60,000
