Description As an IT Infrastructure and Support Specialist, you'll be the technology backbone for our dynamic organization, balancing day-to-day operations with strategic initiatives that support our growth. Primary Responsibilities - Serve as the primary technology leader for the organization, bridging business needs with technical solutions
- Administer Google Workspace across our corporate and franchise ecosystem, managing accounts, security policies, and collaboration tools
- Provide responsive technical support to franchisees for email and other cloud-based services
- Manage Duo multi-factor authentication to maintain security while ensuring a seamless user experience
- Oversee physical security systems, including access control and Hikvision camera networks
- Administer data storage infrastructure, including QNAP NAS units, implementing backup strategies, and disaster recovery planning
- Support our diverse computing environment across Windows, macOS, and Chrome OS platforms
- Manage vendor relationships, including our outsourced Help Desk provider
- Lead technology procurement, budgeting, and lifecycle management
- Develop scalable technology onboarding processes for both corporate staff and new franchisees
- Identify opportunities for technology optimization and automation to improve operational efficiency
- Participate in strategic planning for future technology initiatives that support business growth
Preferred Experience - Experience supporting franchise operations or multi-location businesses
- Google Workspace Administrator certification or equivalent cloud platform credentials
- Background in IT budgeting and vendor management
- Knowledge of emerging technology trends relevant to mobile businesses
- Experience implementing technology solutions that scale with business growth
- Understanding of PCI compliance and other relevant regulatory requirements
Requirements - 3+ years experience in IT infrastructure management or similar technical leadership role
- Experience managing security systems, including MFA (particularly Duo) and physical access controls
- Demonstrated expertise with Google Workspace administration in a multi-domain environment
- Proficiency supporting diverse endpoint devices across multiple operating systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to quickly resolve complex technical issues
- Excellent communication abilities for translating technical concepts to business stakeholders
- Self-motivated with proven ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment
