Role Responsibilities: - Support and maintain servers, workstations, storage devices, and applications such as CAVOK, Clear-Com, Minotaur, VMWare, and more.
- Troubleshoot application performance issues and manage server, database, and end-user devices effectively.
- Work with advanced technologies, including Microsoft and RHEL servers, VMware, SIPRNet, and other classified networks.
- Quickly address connectivity and outage issues while installing and configuring new capabilities in operational environments.
- Ensure accountability for all IT equipment by applying sound logistics processes.
This fast-paced role demands a proactive individual who can work both independently and collaboratively, with opportunities to enhance systems in a
24/7 operation that includes
shift work and travel. Basic Qualifications: - Current CompTIA Security+ certification (DoD 8570.01).
- Active TS/SCI clearance.
- Bachelor's degree in a related field and 3+ years of experience, or equivalent experience and certifications.
- Hands-on expertise in Windows 10/11, Windows Server 2019/2022, RHEL 8.0/9.0, and Microsoft products like Active Directory Suite.
- Physical ability to lift up to 60 lbs.
Preferred Qualifications: - Experience in military C5ISR or operational environments.
- Certifications like RHCSA, VCP-DCV, ITIL v4, or Windows Server Hybrid Administrator.
- Experience with storage solutions, audio intercom systems, and production virtual environments.
