Job Summary

The main responsibility of the IT Systems Integration Specialist is to assist with supporting and implementing software based business solutions, as well as resolving issues with store-level technology.

Duties/Responsibilities

Serve customers, associates, vendors and partners while modeling Sendik's culture and providing "best in class" customer service

Install and maintain Android mobile devices used throughout our locations, including, but not limited to troubleshooting, developing improvements and implementing upgrades

Assist with the administration, development, and migration of internal database systems built on SQL / MySQL for web based applications

Respond to incoming support calls from store locations and the Sendik's Support Center

Troubleshoot and resolve issues with public facing web systems

Assist with troubleshooting networking issues and any additional department duties as needed

Travel to store locations to assist with IT needs

Work Experience
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in IT/Computer Science or a related field

Preferred 2 years of experience in a related field

Experience with Mobile Device Management software and implementation of mobile devices

in a business setting is a plus, but not required

Knowledge in Microsoft SQL / MySQL for writing scripts, queries, and parsing of data.

Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Strong sense of information security and ability to handle sensitive information

Excellent attention to detail

Excellent time management, prioritization and organization skills

Ability to work at a fast paced and efficient manner

Strong sense of team - ability to anticipate the needs of the team

Ability to lift a maximum of 50 lbs
