IT Systems Engineer This position requires an active TS/Sensitive Compartmental Information (SCI) clearance to be considered. The IT Systems Engineer is responsible for identifying strategic and tactical activities for IT enterprise enhancements and sustainment. This position assists the Government in information management (IM) analysis and prioritizing initiatives, development and integration efforts to eliminate redundancy and align capabilities for the client IT Enterprise. In addition, the IT Systems Engineer shall provide requirements analysis and management for the customer's subordinate commands; and support the client in identifying, validating, coordinating and documenting IT requirements. Compensation & Benefits: Estimated Starting Salary Range for IT Systems Engineer: $135,000 to $150,000 Pay commensurate with experience. Full time benefits include Medical, Dental, Vision, 401K, and other possible benefits as provided. Benefits are subject to change with or without notice. IT Systems Engineer Responsibilities Include: Assist with developing and/or providing input to the Statement of Work (SOW) or PWS, Sole Source Justification; Brand name Justification; Market Analysis; and other documentation required for procurement packages. Perform all Systems Engineer/Architect acquisition strategy requirement actions including: Acquisition planning, solicitation, and administration; Interprets, evaluates, and assist in developing policies and/or influences laws/regulations for emerging IT acquisition strategies; Monitoring and ensuring implementation of best practices; IT-related performance measures and quality management; Capital planning and investment control; and Information assurance/cybersecurity Performs other job-related duties as assigned IT Systems Engineer Experience, Education, Skills, Abilities requested: Prefer a minimum of a BA/BS in technology related field or at least a BA/BS. Three years' experience in IT related field is preferred.
