About the Role We are looking for an experienced IT Systems Engineer to support and enhance our IT infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and efficiency of our systems. This role will involve troubleshooting technical issues, managing system configurations, and implementing new technologies to support business operations. A key focus of this role will be leveraging automation to streamline IT processes, reduce manual work, and improve overall system efficiency. The ideal candidate will have experience with scripting and automation tools to enhance IT operations and scalability.
Key Responsibilities
- Support onboarding and offboarding process by setting up and deactivating user accounts and devices as we move towards automating.
- Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network issues.
- Maintain and optimize IT infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, permissions, and security policies across various systems.
- Deploy and maintain enterprise applications.
- Develop and document IT procedures, troubleshooting guides, and best practices.
- Assist with IT security initiatives, including patch management, endpoint protection, and access controls.
Requirements - 5+ years of experience in IT Support, Systems Administration, or a related field.
- Experience with scripting and automation (Python, Powershell, Power Automate, Zapier, Workato, Jira workflow automation)
- Experience managing identity management platforms (Microsoft Entra ID, Okta, etc.)
- Experience with SaaS applications such as Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Atlassian Jira and Confluence, GitHub, LucidApps, etc.
- Strong troubleshooting skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently.
- Excellent communication and documentation skills.
For this role, the estimated base salary range is between $146,000 - $179,000 USD. The actual base salary will vary based on various factors, including market and individual qualifications objectively assessed during the interview process.
