Key Responsibilities: - Manage and maintain enterprise systems, including monitoring, troubleshooting, patching, and performance optimization.
- Lead or support integration and deployment projects involving hardware, software, and cloud services.
- Serve as Level 2 support for technical issues escalated from the helpdesk team.
- Contribute to cybersecurity initiatives, including vulnerability management, access controls, and user training.
- Assist in developing and maintaining IT documentation, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
- Train and mentor Level 1 support personnel to elevate their capabilities and improve response times.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to scope, plan, and implement technology projects that improve efficiency and service quality.
Qualifications: - 3+ years of experience in systems administration, IT support, or infrastructure management, preferred.
- Strong technical knowledge of Windows and Microsoft ecosystems.
- Experience with cybersecurity practices and tools is a strong plus.
- Comfortable using ticketing systems, documentation platforms, and remote support tools.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field is preferred.
- Open to non-traditional backgrounds: notable GitHub contributions, technical blog posts, or Reddit activity are valued.

Work Environment: This is an on-premise role based at our main office in Federal Way, WA. Once onboarding and training are complete, a flexible hybrid arrangement may be possible.
Compensation and Benefits: Salary: $85,000 - $115,000
