Responsibilities and Duties:
- System Administration:
- Install, configure, and maintain servers and network infrastructure.
- Manage user accounts, groups, and permissions within the Microsoft 365 environment.
- Manage and administer an Azure environment.
- Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement solutions.
- Perform system backups and recovery.
- Office 365 Administration:
- Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Azure Active Directory.
- Manage Office 365 migrations, integrations, and troubleshooting.
- Ensure compliance with cybersecurity policies.
- Troubleshooting and Problem Solving:
- Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to systems, networks, and applications.
- Document solutions and procedures for future reference.
- Provide "boots on the ground" IT support for local office.
- Security:
- Implement and maintain security measures to protect systems and data.
- Monitor for security threats and vulnerabilities.
- Project Management:
Qualifications and Experience:
- Technical Skills:
- Strong knowledge of Microsoft Windows Server and Active Directory.
- Experience with Office 365 administration (Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive).
- Strong knowledge of Azure.
- Familiarity with PowerShell scripting for automation.
- Understanding of networking concepts and protocols.
- Experience with security best practices.
- 7-10 years of IT experience.
- Soft Skills:
- Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Certifications:
- Microsoft 365 Certified: Enterprise Administrator Expert (preferred).
- Other relevant Microsoft certifications (e.g., MCSE, MCITP, PMP, CSM
- OSHA 10 Construction
