Job Description:
Specific Responsibilities:
- 3 - 5 years of hands-on experience with our tech stack (order of importance): Oracle NetSuite for ERP and WMS, Microsoft 365, SPS Commerce for EDI, WordPress for our current website.
- Future systems to implement include Microsoft PowerBI, Salesforce, and Pimberly PIM.
- Able to research and make recommendations on future IT systems and software: e.g., HRIS systems like Paylocity, Ubiquiti networking hardware, Shopify for e-commerce etc.
- Experience setting up and maintaining hardware and software for a warehouse + office environment.
- Being able to work efficiently with very limited IT resources: mostly a strong individual contributor but can utilize external vendor when necessary and collaborate with China-based IT team.
- Able to define and set a financial budget and a set of KPIs to hit for US-based IT functions.
- NOT looking for someone with management experience as he/she will not have direct reports, we are rather looking for someone who can take instructions from Pete and other stakeholders in a very small org chart, and hit the ground running leading IT initiatives with considerable autonomy.
