The Role:
Provide technical support and training to employees both onsite and remotely.
Manage system administration
Support and maintain Genetec Security systems.
Maintain IT inventory, liaise with third-party vendors, and document IT processes.
Assist in IT project implementation and collaborate with the IT Manager on infrastructure improvements.

The Person:

Strong experience in an end-user desktop support role
Security+ certification required.
Experience configuring and maintaining computers, peripherals, and networking hardware.
Experience with AWS or Azure.
Strong troubleshooting skills with Windows 10+, AD/M365, Exchange, SharePoint, and VPNs.
