Job Summary WebstaurantStore, a division of Clark Associates, is looking for highly motivated and tech-savvy individuals to join us for our summer internship program. As an IT Support Technician Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical, hands-on experience working alongside other IT professionals in a fast-paced environment. This role focuses on providing comprehensive technical support to all employees across the company, addressing any hardware, software, or network issues they may encounter.
Responsibilities - Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Assist in troubleshooting and resolving hardware, software, and network issues.
- Create and manage user accounts and permissions.
- Assist with the setup and deployment of new equipment.
- Document and track support requests and resolutions.
- Participate in IT projects and contribute to their successful completion.
- Maintain a high level of customer service and professionalism.
Physical Requirements - Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
- Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
- Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
- Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
- Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50lbs.
Qualifications Experience - No prior experience required; relevant experience is a plus.
Education - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
