Seeking immediate placement for a Level 1 IT Support Technician position. This position is a full-time, on-site role with benefits included, at a top Tech Company in Sunnyvale, CA.
This role requires a strong understanding of Apple products and programs, as well as the ability to disconnect, set up, configure workstations, implement scripts as necessary. Additionally, A/V set ups and inventory management will be included in your responsibilities. We are looking for some experience working within the tech industry and a healthy familiarity with the applications and programs listed below is preferred.

Pay Range:
$21 - $23/hour Responsibilities:
- Disconnect/Reconnect workstations
- Display screen repairs and replacements
- Asset shipping and receiving
- Inventory management
- Virtual or in-person new hire set-up/onboarding
- Employee offboarding and equipment recovery
- Re-imaging equipment
- Software updates, app installation, profile configuration, device information exportation
- Conference room set ups
- Remote asset management set up, and troubleshooting
Requirements:
- 1 year IT experience
- Communicative, professional, reliable
- Able to work well with a team
- Self-motivated, capable of working independently, able to learn quickly
- Strong interpersonal skills: approachable, adaptable, patient, and customer service focused
