What You'll Be Doing: - Troubleshooting hardware, software, and connectivity issues.
- Installing and configuring computers, mobile devices, and essential software.

- Assisting with network support, equipment inventory, and security compliance.
- Participating in on-call rotation and special IT projects

Requirements
What We're Looking For: - A tech-savvy problem-solver with a high school diploma (associate degree or certifications in IT are a plus.).
- Experience with Windows OS, Microsoft Office, Active Directory, VPNs, and basic networking.
- Strong communication skills - you can explain tech in a way that anyone can understand.
- A reliable team player who can also work independently.
- Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and willingness to work across multiple sites.
Bonus Points If You Have: - Experience with Apple devices, remote support tools, antivirus and imaging software, and help desk ticketing systems.
