Role: IT Support Technician (PC Replacement Project)

Overview: We are seeking an IT Support Technician to assist with a PC Replacement Project and provide help desk services. The technician will be responsible for troubleshooting, hardware and software deployments, and maintaining network connectivity, ensuring smooth IT operations across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support the PC Replacement Project including setup, installation, and configuration.
- Provide phone-based and onsite help desk support for end users.
- Perform hardware and software troubleshooting and deployments.
- Ensure connectivity for network switches and print servers.
- Manage user accounts and computers using Active Directory.
- Utilize Office 365 for user and system management tasks.
- Maintain basic network and computer systems operations.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Proficiency in Office 365 administration.
- Experience managing users and computers in Active Directory.
- Strong troubleshooting skills for both hardware and software issues.
- Knowledge of network connectivity, switches, and print servers.
- Basic understanding of computer networks and IT systems.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
