Title: IT Support Technician
Location: Plainfield, IN
Reports to: IT Administrator
FULLY ON-SITE POSITION
End user management including but not limited to:
- Support IT Admin with office tasks including mobile phone management, PC setups, building access, networking, cabling, end user support.
- Provide help desk support for five corporate locations.
- Assist users with technical issues via phone, email or in person.
Hardware Organization/Management including but not limited to:
- Organize IT supply inventory, assist in installing new IT equipment including PCs, printers, phone systems
- Install, configure and maintain computer hardware as required.
- Provide daily hardware support to end users.
Software/Data Management including but not limited to:
- Assist with cleaning up server environments and monitor performance.
- Install new software/licensing as required.
- Assist with software upgrades and management.
Skills Required:
- Experience with problem solving and troubleshooting.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware and software.
- Understand network protocols, hardware and technologies.
- Experience with Office 365.
- Analytical thinking skills.
Job Requirements:
- Ability to offer physical office support during all business operating hours.
- Ability to travel to Ohio, Tennessee, Arkansas and Dallas as required.
Qualifications:
- 1-2 Years experience is required.
