IT Support Specialist (Part-Time, with Full-Time Potential) Location: Columbus Ohio - On-site

We are seeking a skilled
IT Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis (20 hours per week) with the potential to transition into a full-time role. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for end users, providing technical assistance and troubleshooting support across various systems and devices.
Key Responsibilities: - Respond to and resolve technical support requests via our help desk.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot hardware and software issues for end users.
- Deploy and configure laptops for new hires as part of the onboarding process.
- Provide support for Microsoft Azure, Microsoft Entra, Office 365, Mac, Windows desktop, and mobile devices.
- Assist with networking hardware, including switches, firewalls, and routers.
Qualifications & Skills: - Experience in IT support, troubleshooting, and end-user assistance.
- Proficiency with Microsoft and Apple operating systems, as well as cloud-based applications.
- Familiarity with networking fundamentals; experience with Ubiquiti products is a plus.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
This position starts as part-time with the potential to evolve into a full-time role based on business needs and performance.
