Aequor Technologies manages the Help Desk & IT support for major pharmaceutical clients in the Boston-Waltham, MA area.
We are seeking a (Sr.) IT Support Specialist / IT Administrator.
to provide the following services
Specific duties include but not limited to:
Deskside Support - Desktop hardware, OS, application management, Windows Defender ATP.
- Network troubleshooting, MDF/IDF Patch cabling, Cisco Meraki, coordinating with ISP for diagnosis and resolution.
- Level 1 and 2 support for printers, Interface with managed service vendor for printer
- Mobile Email setup and configuration, sync troubleshooting and resolution.
- Desktop installations/applications
- Setup desks with desktop hardware, Moves, adds and changes, Configure/deploy new PCs, Box and ship equipment as needed, Coordinate with hardware vendor to arrange timely shipments
- Maintain and manage local inventory and applications inventory and reporting
- Maintain inventory of Desktops, peripherals, servers network and security equipment.
- Yealink Conference Equipment & 6 Rooms with Tablet, Windows based Controller, Webcam & TV
Service Desk JD (Desired Azure and Share Point) - Handle incidents/requests via Email, Phone, Web, and Chat channels
- Service Management & Ticketing System to monitor and manage queues
- Email Clients, Office365, Browsers, Teams, Adobe, VPN, virtual desktops & standard SW - user access, updates, troubleshoot
- Infrastructure Monitoring
- Backup all O365 services using Backupify and Restore files as requested
- Create mailboxes and Distribution lists, Remove or archive mailboxes, Modify distribution lists, Basic Teams sites and access
- Identity management and access control file/folder permissions
- Security Compliance report - Azure, MDM, Network, Vulnerability, Breach reports, Patch management reports.
- SharePoint - L1/L2/L3 Support
Infrastructure Support (Emphasis on Share Point and Azure) - Create/modify/test/manage/retire Intune GPOs and Win10 Policies for new builds, Privileged Identity Management
- Monitor and remediate compliance issues and Packaging/Testing/Distributing application packages
- Monitor and Manage from Issue Tracking Tool.
- AD Mgmt. Setup SSO (Azure) for new Apps
- Troubleshooting and remediations Cloud or Server-Based Application
- Security and distribution group management
- Server and Network troubleshooting, Cisco Umbrella Security Monitoring and reporting.
- Azure File Share, Roles/Access management and Services Monitoring and reporting
- Security Sentinel maintenance and management, Firewall management
- Setup & manage Queues & print servers in Azure
- Azure-VDI installations or applications installed on Windows VDI
Minimum Education/experience: - Some degree or experience in a scientific discipline, engineering, or mathematics.
- Support function experience within Pharmaceutical or scientific environment.
- Minimum of 5 years of IT support experience within an industry.
