Seneca Health Services is a Certified Community Behavioral Health Center in wild, wonderful West Virginia. We provide responsible, accessible, and progressive behavioral health services. IT Support Specialist provides data analysis of client outcomes and service delivery. Assists with maintenance of Seneca's information system. Provides support and training to employees regarding the use of computer hardware and software, including workstations, printers, scanners, etc. Responsible for tracking and reporting on employee productivity using data from the EHR.
Associate degree in computer science or related field or experience in an IT environment preferred.
Experience with network components (such as Windows 2012/2016/2019 Server, Windows 10 and 11, Microsoft Office Suites, MS Outlook and Microsoft Remote Desktop Server), general hardware/PC maintenance, configuring mobile devices, and customer service preferred. Ability to analyze data using Crystal Reports.
Strong ability to adapt to and learn new applications and tools quickly.
Ability to work independently.
Valid driver's license and vehicle required.
Must pass a Criminal Background Check and Employment Fitness Determination through WVCARES and a drug screen.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS - Install new computer equipment; assist VP/IT in repairing, installing and testing complex equipment or local area networks.
- Set up/manage user accounts, connect users to networks and provide training.
- Assist in problem diagnosis and resolution and maintenance of network and telecommunication systems.
- Perform diagnostics and provide maintenance/replacement support for workstations, printers, scanners, and various peripherals.
- Assist with handheld devices including company provided cell phones and tablets.
- Diagnose trouble areas and implement solutions.
- Operate a help desk for staff utilizing telehealth for service delivery.
- Assist clients with accessing the patient portal.
- Address barriers to telehealth and/or patient portal access.
- Collaborate with team to resolve information technology issues.
- Support EHR applications and respond to EHR help desk tickets.
- Analyze and report on agency-level data for performance assessment using data from the EHR, utilizing Crystal Reports and KPI.
- Track and report on client service delivery and outcome measures.
- Develop forms and assessments within the EHR.
- Maintain an up-to-date inventory of hardware and software at the end user level.
- Available for emergency outage resolution.
- Secure information by adhering to HIPAA and 42 CFR Part 2 regulations and Seneca privacy policies and keeping client information confidential.
- Represent Seneca in a positive manner including maintaining a positive attitude and performing duties in a manner in accordance with Seneca's Mission and Code of Conduct and Ethical Practices.
