As an IT Support Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that our office personnel have the software and hardware support they need to operate smoothly. Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support for legal-specific software and Microsoft Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).
  • Assist with hardware support for desktops, laptops, printers, and mobile devices such as iPhones, including configuration and troubleshooting.
  • Images desktop and laptops, installs software, and configures systems for new users.
  • Deliver efficient helpdesk support through remote assistance, phone support, and on-site desk-side assistance.
  • Respond promptly to incidents and technical service requests.
  • Diagnose hardware issues and coordinate warranty support for repairs.
  • Take ownership of support tickets and communicate progress with management and users regularly.
  • Maintain exceptional customer service for every support request and incident.
  • Assist in maintaining conference room technology and setups, ensuring proper functionality through daily checks.
Required Qualifications:
  • A minimum of two years in a technical support role, preferably within a law firm.
  • Outstanding customer service skills with excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Strong multitasking, prioritization, and ability to perform well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Technical, analytical, and problem-solving skills are a must.
  • Demonstrated experience with Active Directory, user provisioning, and access management.
  • Skilled in imaging laptops and desktops, installing software, and creating software deployment packages.
  • Solid background in Microsoft Azure, server administration, network switches/firewalls, LAN segmentation, email routing, and Wi-Fi troubleshooting.
  • Familiarity with legal-specific software applications commonly used in law firms, such as CCC Macros and Compulaw.
