IT Support Specialist

A local Healthcare Company in Salem, OR is hiring an IT Support Specialist to join the team for a great long term opportunity.
Job Duties:

Primary resource for end user requests and problem management
Installation, configuration, troubleshooting and customization of MS Office Suite applications per customer's preferences
Understanding of and ability to install, configure and troubleshoot workstation hardware
Ability to support smart phone devices in a corporate setting
Troubleshoot file, printing, and remote access services
Basic administration, including add/remove users and groups, configure file permissions, check event logs
Basic administration of Microsoft 365 services, including managing e-mail distribution groups, Teams, OneDrive, and SharePoint
Qualifications:

Associate Degree in Technology or equivalent on the job experience
1-2+ years experience deploying and supporting Microsoft Windows Desktops and server operating systems
Experience support end users' hardware and software
Diagnose and resolve technical issues related to Microsoft Office 365, Active Directory, and Windows-based tools.
Maintain user PCs and computer network systems, including performing necessary upgrades and configurations.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.42 - $28.85/hr.
