Oxford Solutions is working with a client looking for an IT Support Specialist. In this role you will be providing first-line technical support across multiple East Coast locations. This hybrid, contract-to-hire role is ideal for someone with 1 to 3 years of IT support experience who enjoys troubleshooting and delivering excellent customer service.

Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Level I IT support
  • Respond to and resolve service desk tickets, incidents, and requests in a timely manner
  • Support both Windows 10/11 and Mac operating systems
  • Assist with mobile device support (iOS and Android)
  • Provide basic hardware setup and printer installation support
  • Assist end-users with Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace tools
  • Work closely with a small IT team to support users across multiple locations
Requirements:
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Engineering, or related field OR equivalent certification
  • 1 to 3 years of IT support or helpdesk experience
  • Customer service experience highly preferred
  • Familiarity with Windows and Mac OS, mobile platforms, and common office software tools
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage tasks independently while collaborating with a small, hands-on team
