Our multi-disciplinary practice is built on the core values of professional excellence, design quality and collaboration. We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our Philadelphia, PA office.

The IT Support Specialist provides IT related support to end users and supports / services back end compute and network systems as directed by the Director of Information Services.

Essential Functions:
  • Provide exceptional IT support to internal staff, across 7 offices ensuring an overall high level of customer satisfaction on an ongoing basis.
  • Provide end-user support for software, desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.
  • Test, configure, install, and service IT-related equipment (hardware and software).
  • Contact hardware and software vendors for support and warranty repairs.
  • Use helpdesk software to create and update incident tickets. Document all relevant details.
  • Respond to all calls and requests within business hours.
  • Ensure internal staff are kept informed regarding the status of any outstanding issues they have placed with the IT helpdesk.
  • Escalate problems to the relevant senior staff as required.
  • Perform preventative maintenance to ensure all equipment is properly maintained.
  • Take lead on key systems as directed.
  • Learn new software packages as required.
  • Work on new projects as required.
  • Some travel to remote offices.
Requirements
  • Associate's degree or equivalent work experience
  • 1+ years of experience supporting computer systems on a wide variety of platforms
  • General software knowledge
  • Experience with Windows operating system
  • Experience with Microsoft Office 365 and other Office products
  • Experience with Adobe products
  • Experience with Bluebeam
  • Experience with Dell desktops and laptops, Lenovo laptops, and Microsoft Surfaces
  • Experience with iPhones, iPads and Samsung phones
  • Experience with helpdesk ticketing system
