Key Responsibilities: - Provide technical support and assistance to employees or customers via phone, email, or chat
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues
- Install, configure, and maintain computer systems, software, and peripherals
- Monitor and maintain system performance and security
- Set up and manage user accounts, permissions, and passwords
- Ensure data backup and recovery processes are properly maintained
- Assist in training staff on the use of hardware and software applications
- Keep records of IT issues, resolutions, and system updates
- Assist in maintaining company servers, networks, and databases
Requirements: - Proven experience in IT support or a similar technical role
- Strong understanding of computer systems, hardware, software, and networks
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
- Familiarity with operating systems (e.g., Windows, macOS, Linux)
- Knowledge of common software applications (e.g., Microsoft Office, Google Workspace)
- Experience with network setups, hardware installations, and cybersecurity principles
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, ITIL) are a plus
