Job Title: IT Support Specialist - MSP

Location: Frisco, TX

Salary Range: $50,000 - $55,000

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Provide remote and onsite help desk support for client environments
  • Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and network issues across various systems
  • Document activities, resolutions, and best practices in ConnectWise
  • Assist with system upgrades, performance monitoring, and basic installations
  • Support user account management and troubleshoot Office 365/Exchange issues
  • Configure and support desktops, laptops, firewalls, routers, VoIP phones, and printers
  • Support project work and new technology deployments alongside the team

Tech You'll Work With:

  • Operating Systems & Servers: Windows 7/10/11, Windows Server 2008/2012/2019, Active Directory
  • Cloud & Applications: Office 365, Exchange Online, QuickBooks, Adobe Acrobat
  • Tools: ConnectWise, LogMeIn, ScreenConnect, Automate/LabTech, Veeam Backup
  • Hardware: Dell/HP Workstations, HP Servers, Sophos Firewalls, Cisco Routers, 3CX VoIP

What We're Looking For:

  • 2+ years of MSP or IT help desk experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Windows OS and Office 365 support
  • Experience with desktop/laptop troubleshooting and basic server hardware
  • Familiarity with firewalls, routers, TCP/IP, and VoIP configuration (3CX or similar)
  • Clear communication skills and attention to detail in documentation
  • A proactive team player who thrives in a client-facing environment
  • Experience with ConnectWise and PSA/RMM tools is a plus
