We are helping a dynamic company build-out their technology team by finding great candidates for an IT Support professional position for southern Florida operations.
You'll be helping internal staff leverage technology to perform their jobs by responding through the IT support desk issues and service requests. Also, you will provide ongoing maintenance and administration of Microsoft servers.
You will work with users on software, hardware, or networking issues via remote tools or face-to-face. Other responsibilities include configuring and deploying computers and other hardware for new employees or replacing outdated equipment.
This is an ideal opportunity for a career minded, positive individual with a technical aptitude and great people skills.
To be successful you should have a minimum of 4 years of professional experience in IT support.
- Proficiency in Microsoft desktop, O365, macOS and ticketing software
- Experience with Windows server admininistration
- Experience supporting printers and peripheral devices
- Experience in resolving network issues
- Excellent customer skills
- A desire to help people use to technology
