Title: IT Support Specialist - Level 1
Location: Dallas, TX (Onsite daily in 75201)
Duration: Contract
Work Requirements: US Citizen, GC Holders or Authorized to Work in the US
We are seeking a Level 1 IT Support Engineer with 2-4 years of experience to join our team. This is a fully onsite role (5 days a week). The role involves hardware and software support, with a focus on structured problem-solving, attention to detail, and a strong work ethic.
Key Responsibilities: - Hardware Support: Troubleshoot and maintain desktops, laptops, peripherals, and network hardware
- Software Support: Manage Active Directory, Azure, Cloud Directory, AWS, and Office 365 Admin/Exchange
- System Imaging & Deployment: Configure and deploy devices using PDQ Deploy/Inventory and Intune
- Networking & Security: Work with Cisco Meraki, PC encryption, and remote desktop tools
- Video Conferencing Support: Act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in video conferencing (major plus)
- End-User Support: Provide white-glove IT support to employees and executives
