Job Description
We are seeking an IT Support Specialist to join our client's IT team and provide exceptional technical support across the organization. If you're passionate about technology, troubleshooting, and delivering top-notch service, this is a great opportunity for you.
What You'll Do:
Provide technical support for hardware, software, and network-related issues
Respond to and resolve service desk tickets in a timely manner
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve end-user issues for desktops, laptops, and mobile devices
Provide support for O365 applications and other common software
Assist with IT projects, including system migrations, installations, and configuration
What We're Looking For:
2+ years of IT support experience
Strong knowledge of Windows and Mac operating systems
Experience with O365 and basic network troubleshooting
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
