We are actively looking for a IT Support Specialist for a long-standing client of ours who is looking to add a new member to their IT team.

IT Support Specialist Responsibilities:
- Respond and resolve end user ticket requests
- Troubleshooting
- Install, diagnose, repair, replace, and maintain IT software and hardware
- Provisioning compute
- Writing support articles and documentation
- Data entry
To succeed as the IT Support Specialist, you should have:
- Bachelor's degree in related field preferred or equivalent experience in IT Support (2+ years)
- Microsoft Certifications are a plus
- Experience with: Windows server, Active Directory, O365, MS Office Suites, MDM (Microsoft Endpoint Manager),
- Great customer service, written and oral communication, interpersonal and organizational skills - eager to learn and grow
